Introduction
Have you been searching for the best neighborhood to live in San Antonio? Well stay tuned because on today's video we're going to tell you all about SIBO Canyons. It's one of our favorites. Okay. First, let's take a look at where Cibolo Canyons is. Located here is San Antonio and it's about a 30 minute drive from the middle of downtown to get to Cibolo Canyons, which is just in the northeast area of San Antonio. Now, let's take a closer look. Cibolo Canyons is a resort style community that is noted by tranquil Rolling Hills and sophisticated style. It's a sought after community with great schools, and it's close to loop 1604 and 2 81. There's walking trails throughout the community. There are two TPC championship golf courses, as well as the JW Marriott Hotel and Spa. You're also only 15 minutes away from our international airport. There's lots of grocery store options not far from the neighborhood as well. There's an abundance of casual dining options nearby.
Amenities
Also, one of the things I like best is Amenity Center at Cibolo Canyons. It is basically like a waterpark. When you look at this, you'll see lots of fun times ahead for you and your family. Your littles will enjoy the splash pad complete with little water slide, as well as splash area and a dumping water station. Adults and kids alike will enjoy the Olympic size lap pool, and there's quite a few shaded areas outside the pool area is a shaded playground for the kiddos. Adults will find a full gym center with equipment as well as weights. The clubhouse is a great area for community events as well as family parties that can be scheduled for your own personal events. It's a pleasurable drive throughout the community on the parkway from one neighborhood to the next. Over the past six months, the home sales have ranged from 320,000 to over a million, and the average price of the homes is just over 545,000. Each of the neighborhoods within the community has its own gated entrance. There's pre-owned homes as well as new construction homes throughout the neighborhood.
